straight from home): Specially seasoned ground peas cooked and served
the traditional way.
V1. Yemisir
we't: (Red lentil sauce) : Split lentils simmered in berbere, garlic,
ginger and other blend of Ethiopian spices.
V2. Ater kik alecha (Split pea sauce) :
Mild split peas sauce prepared with red onion, ginger, garlic, and turmeric.
V3. Yatakilt we't (Vegetables) :
Steamed vegetables seasoned with garlic, ginger, and sesame oil (Cabbage, carrots
and potatoes).
V4. Gomen (Collard greens) :
Collard greens sautéed in garlic, onion, and other spices with or without jalapeno pepper.

Fosolia We't (Green beans & carrots) : Green lentils
simmered in garlic, ginger and assorted spices.
V6.
Difin Misir: (Whole lentil sauce) : Green beans and
carrots sautéed in garlic, onion, tomatoes and other spices.

Ye Dinich We't (Spicy) : Steamed potatoes seasoned with
berbere and assorted spices.
